On Thursday, 4 November 2021, the showcase of the research project from MILLER/DE'NOBILI took place at the Kurtheater in Baden. The choreographer duo as well as the dancers Giulia Russo and Nam Tran Xuan answered questions from the audience after the show and gave an insight into the creative process.

Last Rehearsals

Maria Chiara De' Nobili and Alexander Miller are working with the dancers on the final touches before the showcase. On November 4 they will present their current state of the project at the Kurtheater. Info on how to register for the showcase can be found here.
Fusion

They combine influences from contemporary dance theatre, physical theatre, urban dance and breaking with forms of participatory choreography in collaboration with the dancers. In this way, a distinctive, contrasting artistic signature is to be developed that can convey a broad spectrum of themes and content in a way that is appropriate for the audience.

Maria Chiara De' Nobili and Alexander Miller are working with the dancers on the project "Don't you dare!". In our dance studios in Baden, Switzerland they have plenty of space for research work and rehearsals.

MILLER/ DE' NOBILI is the label for the joint works of Maria Chiara De' Nobili (Italy) and Alexander Miller (Germany). Both completed the M.A. Choreography at the Palucca University of Dance Dresden in 2020 and already supported each other in their individual choreographic processes during their studies.
