On 21 November 2021, the showcase took place at ThiK - Theater im Kornhaus in Baden. Michéle Benz and Gaia Magrané gave the audience insights into their interpretation of Instant Composition in an intimate setting. They involved the audience in a witty, charming and very accessible way. The innovative and varied format convinced and delighted the guests.

Gaia Magrané and Michèle Benz love experiments. With a lot of spontaneity they face the uncertainty of the next moment and do not shy away from confronting our human forms of behaviour with a lot of humour - augmenting and defragmenting them, only to put them back together again as an absurd mosaic of movement, language and situation.

Impromptu is a method of instant composition that allows complete pieces to emerge and pass out of nothing. Gaia Magrané (Spain) and Michèle Benz (Switzerland) use any source of information, be it space, objects, sound, other bodies or their own imagination.
